Weekend Update is the best thing about SNL nowadays. Well, all of the political skits are pretty great.

@John88LC Christmas day was set in December to help pagans who already celebrated Winter Solstice convert to Christianity. A lot of minor changes and additions were made in Christianity just for the sake of conversions.

They chose the date because it was the date of the Pagan's Winter Solstice, the holiday the christians stole and renamed christmas.

i thought it was common knowledge that they didn't know (until recently) the exact day/month of Jesus' birthday and that they chose the date for Christmas because they felt it would be a good time to celebrate

Why does people complain about snl? If you don't get true jokes then don't watch it! This show is awesome and if you dickheads don't like it then don't turn to that channel! It's simple!
