Cooking Directions:
Pre-heat oven on bake setting at 350 degrees.
Take 2.5 heaping scoops of NF-Pro Vanilla whey protein, 2 ounces of egg whites, and 1 tablespoon of almond butter in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
For extra flavoring 1 tablespoon of sugar-free hazelnut syrup.
Distribute evenly in each of the six muffin cups.
Cook the muffins for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let the muffins cool and you are done!!!
Baking time is just 12 minutes!

  • Ahh Robyn! Looking good :-) x I'll be giving this ago mwha xx

  • Awesome recipe!

  • @ThePRRS1 Cool thanks!! I'll give these a shot!! ;D

  • @ThePRRS1 I'm Faisal from the aaefx forum, sorry me not being active there, been extremely busy with college. One more thing, I still couldn't get my hand on your stuff, how can I get them into my country? lol.

  • @BassClefFTW It all depends on your oven. Keep an eye on them and once they rise and appear to be soft but not too gooey you should be good to go. It does take longer if you use more of the ingredients but not too much longer!!! : )

  • So if I double everything to make bigger muffins of six, would the heat or baking time vary?

  • Eric's the man.
