Eric Broser and Robyn Balliet show you how to make Robyn's protein muffins using All American EFX NF-Pro protein.
Equipment Needed:
Muffin tin or cupcake tray
Mixing bowl
Spatula or spoon
Ingredients:
NF-Pro vanilla whey protein
2 ounces of egg whites
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 tablespoon of sugar free hazelnut syrup (optional)
Cooking Directions:
Pre-heat oven on bake setting at 350 degrees.
Take 2.5 heaping scoops of NF-Pro Vanilla whey protein, 2 ounces of egg whites, and 1 tablespoon of almond butter in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
For extra flavoring 1 tablespoon of sugar-free hazelnut syrup.
Distribute evenly in each of the six muffin cups.
Cook the muffins for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let the muffins cool and you are done!!!
Baking time is just 12 minutes!
Nutritional Breakdown:
Each muffin should contain roughly around 12 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat, and 2 grams of carbs.

@BassClefFTW It all depends on your oven. Keep an eye on them and once they rise and appear to be soft but not too gooey you should be good to go. It does take longer if you use more of the ingredients but not too much longer!!! : )

So if I double everything to make bigger muffins of six, would the heat or baking time vary?
