@15milesintsnow It was very familiar to me too. According to the version I know, it is an 'estampie' dance (YouTube search: Gryphon "Estampie"), but it doesn't have a title.

My favourite part of the video is when the random annotation box pops up. Apart from the harp of course.

What's the song called? I recognise the tune but can't think of the name!

@15milesintsnow Hello, its title is '13th Century English Dance' simple as that.

True enough, the harp technique is not 'easy' and you need a qualified teacher, but beginner harp sounds a lot better than beginner, say, violin! Sarah is LRAM LGSM

So, the piece is titled 'A 13th century dance'? where is it from? found where? do we have any idea of steps?

@opajohann I took this tune from 'Medieval dance collection' edited by Greg Lewin, the source is GB-Ob Douce 139, f5v early Bodleian music pl.7. It is quite well known in UK. You would have to ask a dance expert about the steps, I suspect the exact steps are unknown but various dance experts have reconstructed medieval dances from illustrations in manuscripts, illuminations and paintings etc
