*Your Guardian Angel ~ A Jemi Story* Episode 7

Sorry, It's kind of short :p I think I made it fairly obvious that Joe has something to do with the death of Demi's mom, sorrry if you didnt expect it. And Im bringing in a sort of subplot with Kevin and Danielle, thats going to be explained better later on! Enjoy, comments I appreciate!

Joe: Whats wrong?
Selena: Joe... Would you do me a favor?
Joe: Sure.
Selena: Demis gonna be there for awhile. Zacs not exactly known for remembering his dates. Shes waited for hours before, and he still hasnt shown up. Sometimes he leaves her waiting in the rain. So, if you could just...
Joe: Selena, you can count on me. I know I dont know her very well but...*he looks ove at Demi*
Selena: *smiles to herself* But, you really care about her, dont you?
Joe: *nods*
Selena: OK. *she sees Nick coming* Thanks Joe. *she gets in the car with Nick and they drive away*
Joe: *worried look on his face looks over at Demi.*
Demi: *she doesnt see him, but shes sitting with her back against her house, hugging her knees with are drawn up underneath her chin.*
Joe: *about to walk over to her*
kevin: *comes out of the house* Hey Joe... *he sees joe was starting to walk over to her* Joe, no, you cant do this.
Joe: *angrily* Why not?
Kevin: You know why. Shes just going to end up hurt.
Joe: *trying not to yell so demi doesnt hear* Look at her Kevin! Shes hurt now! And she needs help. I know I barely know her, But I feel connected to her, and not just because of what happened. She needs someone.
Kevin: Joe, it doesnt have to be you she needs!
Joe: Well what if it is? What if thats why were here?
Kevin: Would You listen to yourself? your being rediculous! Think of what could happen even if you did help her. If she ever found out shed end up twice as hurt as she is now.
joe: She doesnt have to find out.
Kevin: Joe-
Joe: *walks over to Kevin, their faces inches apart, and says quietly* Kevin. over there is a girl who hasnt had a mom for years because of me.
Kevin: It wasnt your-
Joe: Dont give me that crap. I could have done something.
Kevin: *silent*
Joe: Her life is a mess all because of me. Now Im here, and so is she, and Im going to help her in any way I can, and No one is going to stop me. Look at her Kevin!
Kevin: *doesnt say a thing but looks over at Demi*
Joe: *quietly* What about Danielle. Remember what happened? you guys were perfect and then one day everything changed. Dont you ever feel like there was something you could have done to stay with her?
Kevin: *has a flashback to 2 years earlier*
*hes running through the halls of his highschool and then out the doors looking desperatly all over*
Danielle: *shes leaned up against the wall sobbing *
Kevin: *walks over to her and puts his arms around her*
danielle: *she cries into his chest*
Kevin: Im so sorry Dani. Itll be ok.
Danielle: *through her tears* No it wont Kevin. Their gone.
Kevin: I know. Im here.
Danielle: I cant do this Kevin. *she pulls away from him*
Kevin: What?
Danielle: *quietly* I have to end this. I need to be alone.
Kevin: *he stares at her* Dani...
Danielle: Im sorry. *she walks away*
Kevin: *shakes his head, snapping out of the memories, then looks back at Joe* Alright. Do what you gotta do bro.
Joe: *nods and starts to walk over to where Demi is sitting*

Aww. :) I love this! I really want to know what Joe did that killed Demi's mom. I didn't really get that part...But I kinda figured he was connected to her mom's death. :(
