Kevin walks back to Joe, Nick, and Demi while they were sitting and waiting.
joe: How'd it go?
kev: lets just go. *he walks towards the exit*
That Night. At Demi's house...
demi: i'm glad you're staying over. i missed you guys soooo much.
joe; yeah, well....i dont wanna even spend a minute away from you.
demi: *laughs, she picks up Rosie and starts to feed her* i still cant believe Ashley's gone.
joe: me neither.
demi: Kevin seemed...
joe: bummed.
demi: yeah.
joe: he didnt say a single word the whole way back.
demi: i know i wouldve been the same if you left me.
joe; i DID feel the same way when you left, i was devastated.
demi: im sorry.
joe: eh, thats history.
demi: that'll never happen again.
joe: lets just hope.
Joe and Demi both get Rosie and Adam to go to sleep. Now, they're on the couch, watching a scary movie.
Demi: *she snuggles up against Joe under the blanket and looks up at him* i love you, Joe.
joe: *he smiles* i love you, too.
demi: *she looks at the ring on her hand and smiles* i cant wait for that big day when i say "I do."
joe: me neither. *he takes her hand and intertwines their fingers*
Then, a few minutes later, they both fall asleep, with the tv on.
The next morning.
Demi: *she opens her eyes, and finds Joe staring down at her*
joe: Hello Beautiful,
demi: *she smiles and gets up to stretch* Did the kids wake up, yet?
joe: no.
Demi goes to the bathroom to brush her teeth and change her clothes, then comes back out.
demi: what do you want for breakfast?
joe: hmmm....bacon sounds good.
demi: *she walks towards the kitchen to get started*
joe; you need any help in there?
demi: no, i'm good.
joe; okay.
demi: *she starts the stove*
A few minutes later. Joe went into the kitchen because he thought it smelt good.
joe: mmm....smells great.
demi: i know, you sure do love bacon, don't ya?
joe: its my favorite.
demi: me too.
joe; you are forgetting something.
demi; *she turns around* what?
joe; my 'good morning kiss'
demi: oh! *she giggles* sorry. *she kisses him*
joe: so, what do you wanna do today?
demi: i dont know.
joe: mom wants us over for lunch.
demi: okay. sounds good.
A few hours later. The both get Adam & Rosie into the car and drive to Joe's house.
They pull up into the driveway and go inside. Once they got in, everyone seemed blue. Nick was sitting on the couch, looking down at the floor. Mrs. J looked like she just cried and Kevin had his face in his hands while Mr. J was comforting him. When they came in, they all looked up.
joe: *confused* What happened? it looks like someone just died. *smirks*
demi: *nudges him and puts Rosie's car seat down* What's wrong?
Mrs.J: You didn't hear?
joe: hear what?
kev: *he shakes his dad's arm off him and goes to his room*
Mrs.J: Ashley's plane crashed.
