  • For those that think this is a racing incident... Agreed.

For those that think is its Webbers fault... How? He turned right twice just before hamilton moved across his front wing. Not once did Webber move left.

If you are driving straight down the motorway, and car changes lane quickly infront and clips your bumper... is it your fault or theirs? Agreed motorsport is different... which is why it is just a racing incident...

  • I really just see this as an incident on track.. does someone have to be at fault every time? Webber was sandwiched into the braking zone, and hamilton had a car very good on the brakes meaning he rode a little deeper, past the braking webber, who had to yield the inside line to a godlike brawn car. Webber accepting that the brawn was through was simply trying to hold a straight braking line to maximize brake performance- blame the wing, not the driver..

  • its one of the incidents with nobody to blame..

  • @x420Raptor1 Hami had about 2 car widths to his left

  • @x420Raptor1

Correction: Webber was being banged on the *right* by Rubens.

  • @x420Raptor1

Maybe you should review the track map, and see at which point the track curves to the right.

Also, the bare facts are, Webber was being over taken. Webber was being banged on the left by Rubens. Webber was driving straight. Lewis move to the right. Lewis had space to his left. ERGO NOT WEBBERS FAULT!!! Now go away and actually open your eyes next time and read my post (each word!) before you embaress yourself!!

  • @x420Raptor1

Can you read... I will quote my post "For those that think this is a racing incident... Agreed."

So WTF are you banging on about??? If you agree it was a racing accident, then you agree, so why the need to complain??

Do you actually understand 'gradient', because the track going to the right is NOT gradient. LOL

Also, the track doesn't 'go to the right' at the point he passed. And Lewis had at least another half a cars width to the left, 0:09.

  • @jimnebob Sorry i should clarify, im not saying its anybodies fault, becasue it IS a racing incident, and a bit of bad luck after such a great start. But you cant blame Lewis for "moving over to the right" he had to move there, he had no chance, this is F1, not WRC and actually the track goes to the right slightly as he was passing, so he really had no choice.

But then again, you wouldnt know because youve never been to this track so you havent seen the gradient of it or the direction.

  • @x420Raptor1

0:07 Lewis moved across before the 'dip' in the track... the track was still straight.

So you think it was Webbers fault? should have moved over to the right huh?! Just after he got a wack from Barachello on the right..? lol

  • @jimnebob So you clearly cant see that the track dips down to the right.. meaning if Lewis didnt move slightly to the right, he wouldve been on the grass... even though he was AHEAD.

  • "Here it is now & he's away" Point out the obvious ther Martin :P...

  • @toons123 yeah cause he hadnt seen the replay of event and cause he's a man with sportsmanship unlike hamilton, who just carshes into anyone he sees.
