This video is horrible! That tape job will do nothing to support the ankle.

Taping an ankle can be a lot trickier than you would think. If done right than it gives a lot more support, but if done poorly than than it can even make things worse.

Wrong...use real 1.5" athletic tape first off and tape medial to lateral (aka inside to outside around the heel)
