HB 1937, the regular session bill banning TSA groping, has been refiled in the special session: Senate Bill 29, authored by Senator Dan Patrick, and House Bill 41 authored by Representative David Simspon, as well as 112 co-authors.

This week, HB 41 passed UNANIMOUSLY by the House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee! The dignity of Texas travelers, including women and children, is now in the hands of Governor Perry.

@PowerForGood .I would love to see you go thru the TSA checkpoint..lol... .but seriously why should you have to kick someone's ass and go to jail and possibly be banned from flying for life...and the expense of fighting the gov't..or even worse...they could very well shoot you if you are white so..I see why you drive.
