How does a binary compensation plan work?

If you have been invited to look at networking marketing or mlm compensation plan it was a binary plan. I bet the drew a bunch of circles and as your eyes glazed over they said, "not worry I did not understand either, But I am know it is really good" This is to help take your glazed look away and start to help you understand the binary plan.

@NowVoyager777 You reveal the truth so eloquently. I never fancied MLM, my intuition did not buy it. Your explanation applies to Worldventures and to ALL of the binary schemes out there - except coastal vacations (dot) travel, which is binary but NOT MLM, and where you don´t profit from your team´s earnings since the 90%commissions are not shared (they have a simple aussie-2-up). Reading your report its as if you turned the lights on. Thank you.

Binary plans pay the people at the top for all of YOUR hard work. If I build two teams, they would only pay me for my LESSER team, while they abscond with the money generated from my Powerleg team. This isn't rocket science. They use "fast talk" like "roll forward" and flush...Meaning that you are being ripped off right and left. The other way that they rip you off is PV or GV...You are not paid on *actual* revenue brought in, but on "volume." In other words, you are being robbed again.
