  • A goal without a plan is just a dream-_- i need to start running again

  • I bet he is BEDboy :D

  • Excellent stretching routine! Thanks.

  • @bassivity first and foremost you have to strengthen the muscles of your standing leg. one way to go is the following: stand in front of a wall, do a sidekick and let your kicking leg or rather your foot lean against it. now you have to move your upper body towards your standing foot. then go back up. repeat this movement as often as you can. i hope you know what i mean ;)

  • How do you develop leg strength to do like a side kick but keep your leg in the air for a certain period of time?

  • @Gertkwan i'm self-taught .. i WISH i had someone like this to teach me >.< ... :D oh well!

  • Good video,. thank sssssssssssssss
