itouch problem, it has no sound!!

So my ipod touch is playing NO SOUNDS! When I press play on a song, it pauses itself and that happens with EVERY song! including videos. Internet works fine. It's just the sound (speakers and headphones). Also, when I press the sleep button, it won't turn back on. I have to press home and sleep, and it takes about 3minutes w/ the apple logo b4 it turns back on. Anybody know how to solve this???

HELP:: i got my new apple iphone 3g like 3 days before from US and then now sometimes there is no sound playing from it..so when i press volume control it says (headphone) when i dont have the fucking headphone in!!! any bdy facing the same shits? please help!!!

I figured out how to fix it. The reason it happened is b.c. your dock turned off while ur iphone/itouch was plugged in.

FiX:

1. Plug ur iphone into your dock (If airplane mode asked to turn on say yes)

2. Play a song

3. Pull out iphone/itouch while song is playing.

4. Problem solved ur volume bar should be there now.
