So there is no deciphering when Obama says, "I can negotiate more after the election," or when a politician says something to get the majority of the vote, but retracts his statement later. Many organizations say that Obamacare will work more efficiently if we set up the insurance marketplace ourselves instead of the federal government. Parts of organizations have been setting up an exchange program since 2010. But Walker rejected to take ownership for setting up this marketplace, he openly opposes Obamacare... We can take control of parts of Obamacare, but he passed these deadlines. You have to look deeper than what people say, because they contradicts themselves so much...

OK, but had you LISTENED, you may have heard him explain that Obamacare is FULLY controlled by the fed and he was not going to set up a state system for something the state has no control over and stiff the Wisconsin taxpayers with the bill. So simple if you had listened....
