A great example of how you present to the public when you are on strike. Is this Sutter a for profit group?

In Florida I have worked 12 hour shifts without as much as a restroom break. Lunches eaten on the run in between patient care, answering phones and talking to family memebers. No nurses scheduled to relief for 30 minute lunch breaks. Nurses told they are let go as of now second to outsizing units. Stick to your guns or it will only get worse.

Retirement and healthcare benefits. We have not made wages our priority. We want to stop the corporate greed from permeating our nation, and our right to healthcare, retiree healthcare benefits.

As a former Sutter RN. More power to you! 27 years as a Nurse and I still feel treated like an expendible piece of equipment.

From one RN to another...I support you! Strike longer to get the point across! I wish the FL nurses had the guts to stand up to even worse conditions down here!
