  • Thank you very much. This video was extremely helpful. I would never have found the relay without it. Work space very tight. Rachet extensions needed to access 10mm nuts. Problem fixed.

  • @sundogforlove not sure if you still have the car but same thing is happening to my 84... i can get it started for 10min but the carb has these glass bulbs that keep draining and then it dies let me know if you had this problem and if you got it running again. thx for your time

  • @yougodit I meant to say it's turning over but not cranking....lol I'm ordering the part today and I'll let you know what happens when I install it

  • Thanks for the video. My 1990 is cranking but it's not turning over. I thought it was my fuel pump but after a lil research from google and of course, youtube, it is said that fuel pumps are not known to go bad on this cars. However, the fuel pump main relay is. So before removing the fuel pump, it's best to check this first. With over 210,000 miles on this car, I figure it's about that time. By the way these relays can also be ordered off off ebay.

  • Don't try to crank the car just turn the ignition to on. In ten seconds to thirty minutes the check engine light will go out and the car will start. I don't know why, but it beats wearing the battery and starter out.

  • I replaced both my fuel filter on my 1985 honda accord and now the fuel pump works but it is pounding at about five second intervals, really loud. Of course, the jack goes right under the metal cover for the pump. Does anyone know what is going on

  • I got it at the junkyard for free.99 w/ a five-finger discount :D.

  • got this part at auto zone.

  • ebay, amazon ,bwd, beck arly brands 34,40, dont know what your talking about dude lol
