I remember when I saw El-P in 2002 at Club Laga in Pittsburgh with Mr. Lif, Copywrite, RJD2, SA Smash, and a couple of other heads and they ripped it! EL-P did this track and said that the "you're not promised tomorrow" sample was actually a Kool G. Rap line. Mad energy in that bitch that night for real. El-P is a seriously dope producer and MC that definetely deserves his props.
