Jeeze that song reminds me of those Jeep commercials lol. Cheerio, I got a question for ya. I am planning on buying a car after I complete basic but am not sure on how much to spend. E-1 recruits earn a little less than $1500 a month but if I can get a 5 year loan on a $15,000 car it would be about $250 a month, plus insurance. Do you think that would be spending too much on a car?

@ao10s No offense...But first of all...we call it bootcamp...army calls it basic. AND i would highly recommend that you DO NOT buy a vehicle until you get to your first duty station. Why? well because if you get out of bootcamp lets say san diego, and go to MCT in sand diego and buy a car IN san diego, its going to be a hassle if you get stationed in okinawa, or somewhere in the east coast. So always wait!!! By the time you get to your first duty station you would be an e-2.

Hey, is it kool if i ask you a question here? I'm gonna ask it anyway haha, are you going to join a different branch of military after the Marines, or are you gonna choose a civilian career? I ask because I want to become a Marine and if not the Army, and your videos have given a lot of valuable information and motivation, so yeah.

@187BeatsProductions Because my four years are up and i did my time. the marine corps is going into peace time so i rather get out and get a real job. and any military imposter is an ass.

if i gt 1500 a month and i was stationed and lived in barracks so i didnt have to pay rent well wat else can u with 1500 a mnth exept buy clothes like new sneakerz like dem new foams or buy video games i know that when i get my first $1500 check i would get a pair of some foams and a game sytem wit a couple of games and da rest is on food that it my check is gone it might not be but i would only be 18 so w/e

@cheeriomartinez Oh thats cool. And I agree with you on that one, My brother and cousin were in the Marines so I've seen first hand how much pride they take into being able to be called a Marine. Thanks for the answers.
