  • Get feet elevated and this perfect, no pain on the wrists! use a medicine ball or something similar

  • if you slip on this excersise you are rollin' a wrist.

  • Go view Bryan Clemons workout 1 and 2. Great workouts to get ripped!!!

  • First time i tried this i got 2 out then lost balance and holy crap hand was hurting. Still added incentive not to fail!
