I see a clear advantage in mental as well as physical development through this exercise! This used to be punishment in India and may be it still is, in rural areas and some urban homes :) But as kids we used to do it with so much hatred for this may be if there was a scientific explanation behind it it may be done with the right spirit and the right breathing technique which is key to the mental advantages!

This is a pre-school punishment in India that some schools still practice.. it is named "Super Brain Yoga" now thats kool ! Those naughty kids might have grown up into 'the smart' guys by now..thats why India has produced many smart guyz. !!!

You have to know one more fact that Americans think Yoga is originated from China. As the video talks abt a Chinese author and they don't say even a single word about India. That's obvious because we ourselves don't talk about our ancient knowledge.

nt just in tamilnadu we do it all over near ganesh ji temple ,im frm vizag and we do it ther too so its all over india n anythng gud doesnt matter wer it came frm..its gud so just do it:)
