Rail City Museum Vintage footage!

1950's footage of Rail City featuring former Bath & Hammondsport #11 and Livonia Avon & Lakeville's #38! Rail City boasted the first operating Steam RR Museum. #38 was former Huntington & Broadtop. Livonia, Avon & Lakeville RR obtained her from RailCity to use on it's excursion trains through the mid 1970s. Amazingly, both locos were once owned by Livonia, Avon & Lakeville or an affiliate, both were together at Rail City, and both are presently owned by Alan Maples. Sorry about the poor quality but it is vintage footage!

Knox and Kane is defunct, #38 was purchased by Alan Maples, who owns the Everett RR Co., which succeeded the H&BT, but no longer owns any of that RoW. Engine is at the WMSR to be restored to operating someday.
