Shame on Tampa management for firing Barry. You will never see another coach who calls things as he see's it. The ownership and management for the Lightning are a bunch of tools.

First and foremost, let's keep insults out of any debate. It's not mature.
I respect the style of coach he was. If you didn't produce, he called you out on it. There is no greater motivation than humiliation. If you didn't perform to expected expectations, you didn't get the icetime you want. You have to earn your ice time. I totally respect Melrose for doing that not only to regular players, but so-called "superstars" also. Your name doesn't earn you icetime. Good luck Barry.
