You might look at MonitorMyPage (search google). It automatically monitors your Facebook pages, looks for changes, and then emails the changes to you.

Hi great vid,, I've been using PAGE MONITOR a Facebook APP to get updates on my Facebook FAN Page, has been working fine. Do a search for PAGE MONITOR under APPS

Update: Facebook have just started sending out weekly fan page updates, but the updates show nothing more than the total number of new fans, wall posts, comments, likes and visits.
As mentioned in the video, this is almost useless.
There are still no email notifications as changes occur, which means that we need to check our fan pages ever day for changes.

I just hope that enough people share this video so we can push Facebook to give us this much needed feature.
I'm sick of having to check my Facebook Fan Page every day. It's just crazy.
