last year i put a ceramic bb on my free ride bike and was so impressed by the difference in energy required to move my bike i did a full ceramic conversion on it and my 2 other bikes.
ceramic bearings won't make a big enough difference. you don't create enough rpm's to make enough heat to need the ceramic. now the jockey wheels would be a different story because they spin at a higher rpm which would in turn cause a higher heat build up. so in my opinion might as well stay with the standard ones
anyone that says ceramic bearings aren't worth obviously haven't ridden them,

It won't make a difference evenon doulbe century rides...
