Ok I have a net book with no disk drive. I just got an iPad and want to put CDs on it. Can I use a friends computer to download Dropbox and send the CDs to my iPad? If so, how?

@bradvocare Okay, well, download Dropbox. Copy the contents of the CD to the computer, then to the folder in Dropbox.

Then, download and install the Dropbox iPad app (search on the App Store), login, browse to the folder, and there you go.

Though, you could put Dropbox on your netbook, and sync it to your iPad, as you can't copy from Dropbox to iPad directly..

one question.... why is it when i log in onto my dads computer all his files start loading into my dropbox account... is there any way to avoid that...... he logs out i log in and all the files he had upload onto my account....

So he uploads some items onto his dropbox, and then you log in and it all loads onto yours.. You just need to put the files in another place instead of (for example) C:\Users\Aaron\DropBox
