I took some sleeping pills last night went to bed and went to sleep.

The problem? I FUCKING WAKE UP 3 HOURS LATER. So not only do I have to go to work today at 6pm- 3am but i'm going to be awake all day on top of going to work for 8-9 hours.

Fucking tylenol PM's

You "feel" asleep or "fell" asleep? If it is that boring...why are you subscribed to my channel and watching it? If you fell asleep..well just goes to show you where your conciousness is...

Wake up at mid night to pee is a meridian difunction. But Is it possible to konw the reason?

How can we avoid wake up in the middle of the night to pee?

Even cut water 2-3 hours before is not a solution.

great video. the order of the reasoning is quite true i think. If someone is deeply happy , probably he would not have any trouble to sleep. My favorite subscription. very scientific approach.

In the beginning of this year it would take me hours to fall asleep, then usually wake up in the middle of the night and then have to drag myself out of bed in the morning.
I added organic coconut oil to my diet a few months ago and now I fall asleep fast, sleep the whole night and I am wide awake in the morning. Did the coconut oil improve my digestive system and is that why I now sleep better?

Hi Josh, thanks for the vid. I hear that 10-2 physical repair, 2-6 mental repair quote a lot. Do you know where it came from? I am wondering how the body determines this exactly. For instance, if someone has a sleep early, wake early cycle, or a sleep late wake late cycle, surely the body would adjust, so that basically the first few hours is physical repar followed by mental/dream sleep? What about monks that sleep 8PM - 3AM - do they miss 3 hours mental repair? Confused indeed :-)

Taking 600-1000mg of magnesium glycinate prior to bedtime will help too.

Hey Josh - you said that taking Melatonin messes up your body - just wondering about how and why it does this? Also I thought qigong increased chi..and wakes you up..I never knew you could do it at night..

Thanks and great video!
