Good tips.
I've been using a program called "sleep well and tight" and it's worked wonders. If you're having trouble sleeping definitely check it out in my channel website.

Great Pointers! For me at least, the only time I have MAJOR sleep issues is when I go to the gym and lift weights after work. (I can't work out before work, because that's way too early.) After working out, I eat a huge meal high in protein. This is all within 4 hours of going to sleep. Don't know what can possibly be done. I sometimes resort to tylenol pm's.
At minute 7, you say not to take melatonin because it will really mess up your body. We have taken melatonin for years with no apparent bad effects. I also went to your blog and searched melatonin so see if I could find out how it will mess me up -- I'm open to new info! But you have a post giving alternatives to drugs. Melatonin is what you recommend instead of Ambien, saying it's the most or one of the most studied supplements ever. So, which is it? If it's bad, why? Thank you.

Bad..it is horrible to take at all. It stim estrogen production, ded progesterone producting, inhibits the thyroid, shrinks genital tissues and suppresses the immune system!

You "feel" asleep or "fell" asleep? If it is that boring...why are you subscribed to my channel and watching it? If you fell asleep..well just goes to show you where your conciousness is...
