@JGvisions alrighty. i read it as if theres a reason why the laws makes sense and are fair, but that we individuals dont understand. cause ive heard that one before. their argument is that we individuals tend to be too emotional about single cases, and then propose laws that wouldnt work in society as a whole. like castration of rapists and so on

anyway english aint my native language, but think i know what u mean now :)

@MuayThaiViking jesus,lol.....how do i put it, there is an agenda behind the passing of some of these laws for the most part that are malevalent in nature and are purposefully done to cause stryfe for a reason. that is why i say there is logic behind alot of these laws being done, its just the logic benefits a certain group of people if you get my drift. I tend to not see these things developing as surprising or shocking since my interpretation of human actions is filtered to be more balanced!

@JGvisions and yea i know the court decision Joe talks about in this video is probably not because of corruption or lobbyism. it was more in general, and why theres a lot of laws thats there for a wrong reason.

@JGvisions while every law may have some logical reason behind it, that doesnt mean the logical reasoning really makes sense or is fair. just look at your marijuana laws for example. propaganda and lobbyism can both create some seriously fucked up laws. you should watch the 60 minutes documentary with Jack Abramoff

just an example why you shouldnt take every single law for granted, and why i totally disagree with ur first comment. some laws are put for the wrong reasons (=money)

@MuayThaiViking i disagree, every law passed has a logical reason why they are passed in congress and the senate but its not the type of logic most people are aware of. its not about being fair but more or less there is a malignant intent in the reasoning that goes into these laws and its the reason why our court system in regards to gender is messed up, ect.
