@irontoothare They are not criminals. They r people who r fighting for their country. China illegally occupied xinjang and tibet, then moved their people in those countries because china itself doesnt have enough resource to feed the large population. Xinjiang and tibet have become a minority in their own country. Still they dont give up. Those civilians beating the uighurs don't belong there but they don't want to go back to china cos then they will starve to death.
