hey can someone help me i have this question that noones been able to answer i am 13 years old and i do wrestling judo football and swimteam and usually i can do about 80 push ups easily no problemo but one day just randomly it seems like my muscles gave out and since then its been incredibly hard to do pushups i went from 80 pushups to 10 or 20 in like 3 days did i work my muscles to hard or what happened i just want to get back my upper body strength

Perfect form yo. I too like to do push ups with just "1 leg" to ease the tension. I always do it in perfect form and when I sense I start doing ti wrong, I stop.
I can do it in normal speed or supa fast, too. :)
