you need to have better posture...it seems as at address your hunched over..try keeping your back straight...i also agree with hanathefaryprincess...your back swing should be parallel to the ground otherwise your actually losing power bringing the club back working against gravity

create more spacing with your hands. your hands are also a little low at adress, raise them up to where the club end points at your belly button and not your pecker

not bad... not great... i would rather see you create a lil more distance at the op of your swing, from your arms to your head... it will make for more power... also shortening the swing would help control the ball trajectory... and lastly, your club exits below your left shoulder, watch any pro and their club will exit high above the left shoulder
