Yeah its not that powerfull, since its in a closed compartment it needs a heatsink.
Imagine it was a 100w lightbulb :D
A Lightbulb with a 20W led would dissipate heat by itself, as long as it had some kind of passive cooling (Heatpipes+Fins)

eppik, the ADJ X-Move LED uses a 20W LED. It needs a heatsink on the back!
