Welcome to enjoy this calm video with it's nice relaxing chinese music!

In this video you see Master Wang, head of the chuanzhen wushu school in wudang, doing meditation deep inside the forests of mount wudang. It shall give you a glimpse of what the cultivation through meditation can give to a person who practice it.
REMIND: THIS IS NOT AN INSTRUCTION VIDEO!
But if you sit down in the nature contemplating or observing your body and/or mind can give you a lot, even without instructions.

Master Wang teaches the arts of wudang daoism in his two schools, one at the bottom of the mountain and another one halfway up to the top at the laozi hall.

  • Just did an Old Eight Palm form to this. BaGua and TaiJi are great!

  • @AndyRaslan Good that you enjoy. I wish you to find everything you need in what you do.

  • oh wow, awesome place. Where is it?

  • @scuffle the place is called Fu Ma Qiao and is located in the beautiful crab claw river valley below the Wulong Gong, the five dragon palace. It is very rural and a very adventurous trail with a lot of wild monkey clans. Never go alone, especially for the first time. But you can ask me for more advice.

  • whats the name of this song? its so inspiring!

  • @ladieslicker sorry, I don't know it, but it is part of a non-stop taiji music mix.

  • einfach wunderbar,simply marvelous...

  • @chenshi56: I haven't any problems watching it. It's maybe your own connection or cache. Concerning the taijiquan and sword style you want to learn, I think it is a matter of choosing the right one for you. Master Wang teaches plenty of both styles, but there are forms that will definitely suite you. The forms have a great range of requirements. For more information just send me a message.
