Delta, BC: As Environment Canada warns against the BC Government's plan to put a truck highway through the historic community of Delta - saying it would destroy Burns Bog - federal Opposition Leader Stephane Dion visits the bog to learn about this unique and vital ecosystem and how an alternate route could save the Bog and avert other disasters like home expropriation, loss of farmland and sickness from air pollution.
Besides the freeway will collapse because the water is acetic and it will sink I went here on a field trip 2day :D

Find a way to screw BC Ferries, seal the Liberals fate.
SFPR is not good and it would be better to add lanes to the current roads

I live in Delta and have been fighting this bloody road for a long time now. Took us YEARS to save Burns Bog finally back in 2004 and NOW, this bloody road will KILL the bog, which, by the way, is the last of it's kind in the northern part of the world. This story is too long to go into here but our Premier is at the front of pushing through this road; refuses to look at any other way. According to him, every other engineer in the world is wrong. We'll show you up for the liar that you are yet.

Wake up canadians the SFPR a small part of a bigger picture. Look at the proposed North American Superhighway that stretches from Mexico to Canada there has been very little discussion on the topic.Take a look at the NAU on Google or just Youtube it. This is not to benefit us canadians but is to benefit a small minority. PEACE
