  • @brouser1 this proovs that 1, u got a ricers car. 2. u dont have money for gas. 3. u dont have money for a flat head ! go out and have som fun in ur "low gas milage honda"

  • @brouser1, Yep it sucks, Because we all get in to hot rodding for better gas mileage, I wouldn't even bet you because I know your civic gets better gas mileage, but we don't care to much about that.

  • Beautiful!!!

  • I know the answer now thanks, I knew it was a side valve but wondered why the exhaust is on one side and inlet other, I was wondering if the valves were on opposite sides of pistons/cylinders, but it turns out they have exhaust channels between cylinders leading to manifolds.

  • 1 cam. its a side valve both valves are at the top of the engine.

  • I have a Civic, but never in a million years will I think its anything more than a transportation device, I'm not that delusional.

    Badass hotrod.

  • why cant we all just hit a bogn, i get so tired of arguing over domestic and import. i appreciate both for what they are

  • And I bet your Honda Civic will be just as lame when it's as old as "that thing"! And NOBODY will be wanting to preserve it!

  • When engine is idleing, carb butterflies r closed, supercharger is turning, must be huge vacuum between charger and butterflies in carbs?

  • flatheads 2 valves for each cylinder (both at the top of the block) running off one camshaft, and the two end exhaust valves go to each end of the block and the two centers are shared and come out the middle
