The launch of the East African Common Market continues to receive accolades. And now the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is bubbling with optimism that the signing of the Common Market Protocol will actually raise its customs revenue collections. Despite fears that the taxman will lose as a result of the continued reduction of tariffs on goods traded with the region, KRA Commissioner General Michael Waweru says the promise of enhanced trade between the trade blocs 5 member countries will more than offset any immediate losses in customs revenue.

  • It's not fair that they took an important component out of your life to entertain themselves with it!

  • There is nothing wrong wrong with dancing. It has always been part of our culture. The only thing is that they should stop pulling students out of the classrooms and instead use real professionals and pay them well. Gotta look at different angles. Job creation, crime reduction, and cultural preservation, all in one.
