Why is Gilbert Remulla running?

Our country is in crisis as of the moment due to poverty, malnutrition, hunger, lack of education, persecution of journalists, and a lot more, and solutions to these troubles are not found easily. What we need is initiative. We need someone to give the government and the people a little push and to make a step to begin a journey for genuine change. It is said that A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. In our country, we need someone to take that single step to begin our journey, as a Filipino nation, towards a better future.
Gilbert Remulla realizes this need and is willing to step up to the challenge and he is ready to begin that single step to lead us to a better future. As an advocate of health and fitness, Gilbert Remulla recognizes that there is a pressing need to enrich the health of the people in this ever changing world, where new diseases arise as a consequence of technological and ecological trends. As a former media practitioner, he believes that safeguarding rights against persecution should be afforded to the media, which serves as the eyes, ears and voice of the people. Considering that the media, according to various surveys, is the most trusted institution by Filipinos, there is an imminent need to protect it. These are just a few of the priorities of Gilbert Remulla. And as a young father, loyal husband, dependable brother, and a devoted son, he intends to be all of these to every Filipino family and promises to strive for them towards a brighter tomorrow.
The journey for change will not be easy but through it all, if there is doubt, Gilbert Remulla will always be there with us, to go on with the journey, and he will remind us that all we have to do to resolve all our nations problems is to take a single step towards a better future.
