I made same mod for my beauty.
Paid $500 for details from disassembled 750iL and spent one day with friend of mine to do a setup.

Hi i´m going to buy a 1997 750il V12 so i would like to ask you if that car is reliable the car is one owner with all de servicies on the dealler with 117,000 KM. Thankyou for answer.

The V12 is a very good engine but the electrical parts will give problems sometimes. A car with all services done by a dealer is always a good case in my opinion.

It's a very hard to find system. But if you're lucky you maybe can find it on German Ebay for 300 euro.

uhm, pretty much. thanks :) hows your car ? do you have any problems with it ? i`ve heard that e38`s have many problems and that they are expensive to fix :(

When I had the car for one year I brought him to the dealer. That costed me a lot of money. If you can do a lot yourself the costs will not be very high.
Parts from the dealer are mostly expansive.
