Hahaha, You guys crack me up! :) Im the drummer! And the movements im doing are called signals! Its a massive part of Hok San Sar Ping Lion Dance! You have to do it! My Si Fu, Hes Sifu... we all do it to tell the others whats comming. The elbows out is a signal for Tam Bo and the variation is the wrist turn.
