Left 4 Dead Spray Upload Problem (resolved)

I just got L4D and wanted to use my custom sprays but whenever I try to it just reverts back to bill so I'm putting this video up on hopes someone will be able to help me.

Also sorry about the bad quality i used my phone to make this.

Just figured it out make sure your spray is a bitmap (you can change it on paint save as.. and bitmap 24 colored) then put it into /left4dead/ (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE STEAM IN ENGLISH) /materials/vgui/logos(somethim­es you have to make these files)/put the bitmap on logos and then make a folder named UI into logos and copy the bitmap there too. then just go play and find the bitmap on logos and it should work fine :) hope this help..

that didn't work for me but i figured out a way to fix it all i did was delete the logos folder and when I started the game again i was able to upload my pictures, thanks anyway because I probably wouldn't have thought of that if you didn't tell.

OKAY LISTEN.Fisrt Makethe picture you want then download program for free called : Advanced Batch Converter v.4.0(no viruses)Selcet you picture convert into BMP(bitmap)put into you your logo folder and there you go(ive done it 5mins ago and it worked)Hope it helps
