this is the basking / hide i've made for my bearded dragon yoshi if you want details on how it was made there is a good tutorial on lizardlandscapes

  • thats a sweet little basking spot, iv made a few of these for my gecko and frogs using similar stuff. chek it out and comment.

  • just finished my fake rock , cant wait til it dries an i can put it in my leo's tank

  • im half way thru making mine...just waiting on the grout to dry . its looking good so far

  • what can i use in place of mod podge? i cant get it in the uk

  • @huwjun is a pva adhesive and sealant ok then for me to seal my sculpture with, it looks and smells like wood glue, i can water it down aswell

  • 8 seconds in when he moves the camera on the bottom left there's a creepy little robot man about to jump him....

    Nice rock though.

  • i used poly board to create the shape

    then grout to strenghten

    paint with acrylic

    then locked it with pva.

    i also used some of the substrate from the viv for grip and texture to it :D
