This home back workout is done with my "back to back" set structure, that really requires the back and lat muscles to work! Try just a few rounds of this workout and your back is sure to be screaming the next day.

  • damn .. thumbs up pushups look pretty tough .. adding those to my routine tonight ...i watch these vids before i workout at night to add new exercises and to change things up .. there is absolutely no excuses left for people who have weights not to exercise. there are some great vids here on youtube, ignorance is not viable reason to not workout anymore.. thanks for the upload.
