@nubonyx Where i live had nothing to do with it.IM WHITE,thats it.They dont know where i live when they stop n frisk me..They have to ask when im already cuffed up.And i dont know whether thats legal or not but put it the other way around.Being stopped for being black..West kensington is mostly a hispanic area, then blacks an whites but there is a little bit of a white population.

@BizzareCorpse , dude you would be an easy target because what other reason would you have to be around there? Your in the burbs. You don't live in the city son. Racism is rampant on the Philly PD. Good example. Look at the officer that was taking parts from weapons that were taken from criminals. Some of the weapons were high tech and he used those parts to beef up his own weapons. Did he go to jail? No. He was allowed to resign because he is white.

@nubonyx Umm,im white kid from the burbs whos been arrested twice in the past 4 months. The white cops hate me down there..The black and rican cops are cool its the people of my own race who are lockin me up so you dont know what your talking they dont lock up the suburband whites where the easiest targets out there.

The pigs are bribed by the drug dealers to look the other way. That is the reason why crime is a major issue in Philadelphia, although no cop or politician will ever admit it. The cops have had no problem robbing and torturing me and then falsely arresting me to cover it up, but they do have a problem actually doing the job which they are paid to do. The pigs have many victims. One of the arresting pigs bragged to me that he "held the record" for receiving the most IAD complaints.

Twelve pigs who "worked" out of the 24th/25th district building have been arrested in the last two years alone. For every prosecuted scapegoat, there are hundreds of other pigs who are perpetrating the same felonies who do not even get legitimately investigated, much less arrested.

This is a typical day in the 25. Yeah, it's the Doo-Wop (Heroin) capital and it's not a cake walk for the cops in that district either, it's rough, but as you can see, it is just Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, and Blacks trying to survive in a city where they're cast aside and forgotten. But, people from all around the city and especially whites from the burbs come there to buy their drugs. They don't get arrested though. Why? They have futures, but the folks in the hood do not.
bmore all day but phillys cool 4 real they real as it gets
