    Hi Guima300:

    Don't use your thumbs as much as I do in the videos. I focus on them when I'm teaching finer anatomy points. I will be producing a body mechanics video later this summer with some good pointers! Doug

    Dear Massageceu I'm learning a lot from your videos,as i'm studying to become a massage therapist!

     I have one small doubt though,i've heard that using the thumbs can lead to degeneration of the joints and you seem to use them very often as a massage "tool". Any advices?
