Grant Neeb Experimenting with Fentanyl Patch

February 3rd 2009 Grant Neeb experimented for the very first time with drugs by using a medical morphine patch given to him by a friend. It was the last time Grant ever experimented with anything. The following interview is with Grant's mom only six months after his tragic death.

It's things like this that make me wonder. I'm literally the opposite of the kid that OD'd and could easily be refered to as a "sinner". I've made many mistakes trying things and this boy made one and yet I have never faced consequences as dire as this. It's funny how the world works.. and despite how much we try to show it equality does not exist. Fentanyl is 80 times stronger than morphine and is only for opioid tolerant users. That's why its dosed in Mcg/h

The strange thing is that the patch relieves pain, but does not give you a ''high'', I know, because I just come off this patch after 2 months.
