I have a 2000 400ex. When I got it. It had a twist throttle on it. I grew up on 4 wheelers and I more comfortable with a thumb throttle. I traded a guy that had this thumb throttle from a Honda 200x. Weel the throttle cable was too long so I cut it and drilled out a ball bearing and welded it to the cable. Well see how well it holds up.

  • @2LateIWon BTW it's in the section where they have chains and rope and ....cables

  • @idusclothing I would just go to Homedepot or Lowes and buy the cable you need then (it's pretty cheap ) then once you get it home cut it the size you need. Good luck Thanks for watching.

  • How would i extend a throttle cable?
