I remember reading about this van and seeing this video ages ago on a newsgroup. (for those of you who are old enough to remember those)I remember reading in the build up of it the guy used a turbocharger off of a cummins turbo diesel, a boost regulator, and a ton of other stuff.

It's the 2.4 turbo motor look it up some vans came with it as an option and there very quick when mooded. Think SRT-4 Motor just older
