Dyana Dafova in concert - September 8, 2007

Performed for the first time in its entirety on U.S. stage on September 8, 2007 at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in the Chicago suburb Skokie, it was a landmark achievement for a Bulgarian contemporary music artist on American soil, and probably in the entire world. There have been many firsts scored by Dyana and her unique musical acts -- a first song composed and recorded by a Bulgarian, played during one of NASA's space shuttle launches; she is also the first Bulgarian to sing in 11 different languages in a single performance; the first Bulgarian performer with two songs included on the United Nations charitable CD compilation Voices United for the UNHCR, etc.
