No, I mean the person giving the speech at the end. I know perfectly well who Helen is, and i DID write 'actor', which I'm pretty sure she's not, Audrey, which is a male- name, and as far as I'm conserned, she didn't say 'um' once, now did she?

Sorry, reading too quickly - my mistake.

(Although on the 'actor' thing, although I don't do it myself, I think quite a few people try to use 'actor' as a gender-neutral term and refer to everyone as such. )

Perhaps... But I think that's more common in case you don't know the gender, or suchlike. Like, you generally ask what's the name of the 'actor' in that and that movie, but you say she is an 'actress'. Not that I'm sure... XD
