The Man-Thing was the swamp monster made by marvel comics that came 1 month before swamp-thing. he reacted by emotions, and his catchphrase (for the narrator) was : "whatever knows fear burns at the man-thing's touch!". he is currently bely shown. to me, he is my favorite marvel superhero.

I have the ist issue of man thing volume 2 got it for one dollar. How much do you think it is?

I have it too... got it for around the same as you. If it's in fine condition, it's about as good as maybe five bucks? Near mint, it can go up to ten.

@earthboundpikmin true but it would be something new and not the same spiderman iron man x men bull crap we've been seeing a million times over. plus it would be good for man things fan base. it would expand. PS i haven't read the new thunderbolts but i hear man thing is apart of the thunderbolts so you'll have to keep me updated on what goes on with them.

I know, as a manny fanatic, I completely despised the movie. An explosion alone would never kill him... but anyway, not rambling, i would love to see a big budget man thing flick too, if done right. However, I think Marvel would be too concerned over who would watch it. I mean, not saying I would (you'd see me in line at midnight), but who their target audience would be. The Comic Con people? Horror fans? I agree that their should be a new movie, just afraid Marvel will take a risk..

@earthbound to be honest haven't got around to reading DP classic yet im gonna start man thing first. i think they should do a remake of the man thing movie and make a true big budget one in theaters

you have issue two as well? nice, i think the third issue and the fourth maybe were written by the same writer... they might be easy to find for a cheap price, so i suggest you put the first ones with the first writer together in a lot/bundle. that can go sort of high.
