I havn't seen any dowry death in India in my entire life among my family,relatives and friends. If I put together all personally known people in india it would be around 1000. If one woman burnt in india for every two hrs how come I never seen a dowry death in my entire life. I know one of my aunt who suicide because of no kids for 7 years, she consumed poison when my uncle was working in Dubai.
