@Jgo36114 Yeah. I cannot imagine having a wide back without pull ups. and i cannot imagine having a strong chest without dips.

@rikoshcet Good stuff! I know people who do a mix of weights and calisthenics and they're in GREAT shape.

@Jgo36114 Thanks for the reply though. I dropped the weights, doing calisthenics for 2 months already, I'm in a better shape right now, But i do calisthenics at the gym, so sometimes i do deadlifting and stuff like that, mainly calis though..

@jakkers1 Thank ya! I gotta do another video soon. Push-ups are the most fun part to me.

@rikoshcet Thanks a lot! I really appreciate that! I have a long way to go, I'm constantl striving to get better. It's well worth it to drop the weights. You'll feel so much stronger with calisthenics.

@hammouminator LOL. It does kinda look like my own little playground. The great part is when people look at you "crazy" and then they try to do 1 thing of 1 set and fail. Then, they respect how difficult this stuff truly is!

From where should i start to be able to do Calisthenics? Don't we need to get strength out of weights first?

@MrDriftedAngel I couldn't find my reply to you. It must not have posted. In my opinion, if you can do 5 over-hand pull-ups, 35 clean push-ups, 20 clean dips, YOU'RE READY. All those numbers will greatly increase but don't get too fancy starting off. Basics are fundamental.
