The regents are awesome its the climbs to get there that you need to be fit for, decents are technical but fun.
We started off at gate 50 something as we rode up from betws-y-coed but well worth it even in the rain of march.

Going to the Marin trail (and Llandegla) for the first time this June - looks well worth waiting for!

I love this biketrack, last time i did it was around 2006. I'm going again in a week or so though. This video is getting me excited.

It helps to be fit to get to the top, but if not you can take it slowly. The rest of the ride is very scenic and stunning. One of the best I've done. Check out my video of the whole trail - you'll see the beauty of this ride.
